For those of you in IT&V who have been ranked and yanked, what was your experience? Any signs ahead of time? Particular day of the week?

@p5 ITV is doing quarterly cuts. They are feverishly stack ranking employees to “justify” it’s all leader discretion at the end of the day though, and they keep their favorites
@md I believe you, I’ve been on calls with that leader and similar sentiment received. Do they mean to cut ITV by end of Q2, so by end of the month? Or Q3?
They are actively doing this in COO itv. XLT just had a meeting and it was a hot topic. There will also be more ITV layoffs end of quarter.

There’s only been facts posted about ITV. One of the most wasteful expenses in the entire.org. Whoever keeps commenting about a supposed troll is the one who is truly obsessed.
