Get rid of it... It's Waste of resources. Period
It's renamed because engagement is vague and DEI is not a well liked term in the federal gov't where we do a fair bit of business.
If they really want to prohibit DEI, then no more offshore talent and no more H1Bs. Homegrown talent only!
@fc+1jtjzkcrc c suite at Met hasn't been white in over 5 years.
But you better not have a white business network!
That's called the C-suite.
Still hiring promoting ex military and reservists with less education experience, right? Thats still popular
So was it inclusive to mock Catholics on Good Friday with their lame virtual Easter Egg Hunt phishing exercise?
You can have a womens business network, or latino one or black one.
And they're all open to everybody.
But you better not have a white business network!
In a nutshell, they are fearful of the current political environment so they not going to talk about DEI anymore.
It sounds like they ARE walking away from DEI.
It's very muddled.
DEI now renamed to engagment. Hmm. Why?
Wonder if they still endorse their 2030 goals which do require preferential promotion and or hiring.
Not sure what the message here is…we’re going to call it employee engagement now but do all the same things?
Wrong question. Try: Will they preferentially promote based on color or s-x?
No one disagrees (ok few) with respecting all people and treating people fairly.
What I want to know, is will they preferentially hire based on color or s-x?
