Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

Do I get PTO cashed out if they eliminate my psoition?

What's the rule for this or just point me where to look as I am unable to locate the information? I was planning to leave anyway but I'd rather take severance and my PTO.

Those who were let go this week are getting unused vacation paid out. That changes next year.

Used to get paid for vested unused vacation time. That is NOT the case under an unlimited PTO plan, which they are changing to. All depends upon the start date of the change. Also, no severance if you resign.
