Too much headcount not delivering anything. We're essentially paying Superintendent pay for 50 people in education in SLED that have produced no f'ing results with the same in Public Safety teams, and all the vertical ENT teams. Most of the SMB business was coming from micro/retail. oh and don't forget that these partners smoked us man. Yo - some of these partners were making like 10x mrc when you brought them into your deals acting like they're struggling to make ends meet. They should completely ax the channel directors, seniors, and do the same with the education, public safety, half the iot team, half of ans. Our products fu--ing su-k we have to go through he-l to try to get what is normally a square peg to go through what business expects as a square peg but because we're so backwater we can't sell them what they need to integrate properly. They'd rather just work with other carriers that just understand business. I just saw a dude lose his entire future account base because they're reselling and wait until that all goes away because Adam is George's VZW boi. Love the culture baby - we sure are on a role. Heard that the directors are fine they're still getting paid out towards their performance while the rep and sr. and manager are all getting completely f'd out of that csp comp. Yeah good culture all right.
Freier didn’t have responsibility for TFB.
The company bent over backwards for TfB. And it's turned out to be an utter flop. Collie and Friar are the blame.
@fa because when you can't speak to american in customer services its because of her. She claimed customers preferred global care instead of the US based Team of experts. Then she went to TFB and its been downhill too.
Why is everyone down on Callie?
I heard Callie will be appointed COO (chief operating officer) in January. This is good news as she is responsible for our success. Of course, this is just rumor so please don’t attack me. But this comes from a fairly reputable, honest source.
