This whisper rumor doesn’t really matter to 98% of our workforce. We don’t care.

What we care about is layoffs, blanket RTO policies, and our job security.

There have been some comments about leadership taking a second look at how a blanket RTO policy across the entire organization will cause significant problems to the overall health and wellbeing of CCI.

These comments include suggestions to evaluate RTO by job duties, department, current levels of performance, and more.

Please review the different threads within these posts, consider doing more research, and even post more ideas about RTO in a positive and constructive manner.

CCI is going through an unusually difficult period, some of which is industry related while more seems to be unfortunately self inflicted. However, decisions have been made to help CCI regrow & contrary to what seems to be the belief of certain individuals, we still have faith in OUR COMPANY. We care about our families, our careers, and what we have put into this place over many years, even decades, of hard work and dedication.

As far as the executive team is concerned about extra bonuses, we say “Outstanding! Well Deserved! We know it’s been rough for you too.” At the same time, we also know that they are checking these layoff posts and believe that THEY will have the final say when it comes to RTO blanket policies.

I doubt very seriously they have heard the full story, but I do think they’re checking this layoff forum. Let’s hope so at least, for the sake of everyone in this fine organization.

Everyone including people in particular who think blanket RTO is the best course of action. Those people may be having a difficult time seeing the forest through the trees & may only be thinking about the saw they have in their hand instead of the seeds all of us have in our pocket.

@f7 no s. That’s called life no one gets a job based on merit. It might get you in the door but personality, looks and connections matter.

"You could’ve been one of them if you played the game right"

Total B.S. 90% of these jobs are connection based jobs not merit based.

I do not begrudge anyone at that top. However the corporate pay structure has been broken since the 80s and to dismiss as its the fault of the people doing the labor is nonsense. I've seen many hard working qualified people get past over for a cute face or a fast talker

Who cares it’s what their position allows. You could’ve been one of them if you played the game right.
