We have so many useless managers, and levels of managers at that. Let's clean that up and see what happens.

Some of the hourly employees on our team and others are no better. They spend more time on their phone or computer than actually being productive, a few of us have to pick up there slack. Im grateful for the big contract in the CBA but honestly a lot of my coworkers are not deserving and are just riding the ship and doing little to contribute to the mission. Maybe we should not have a union and the weak will move out easily with management help and those who do actually work will continue to be rewarded. Im not in the union but benefit from the CBA which is nice but if we were non union I believe we would be better off as a whole.

I read that AI burns out lower level people while managers appear to not get burned out by AI. Seems rather telling...
