Layoff/Budget Cuts/RTF?

Anyone know if there has been talks of reducing workforce or layoffs?

I am starting to get really scared because our team originally said we would be moving to another department slowly, but now they are telling us that they cannot do that any longer and we may be dividing our team within completely other departments. They also told us we may no longer have funding for incentives such as gift cards (not a big deal, but just another sign). The funding for our team was completely slashed, as per our supervisor’s words.

This is an anonymous platform, so please if you have any real news about what may happen here soon, please let me know! I fear I need to start looking for another job asap.

Clearly there will be a large reduction in force because of the budget cuts that are going to gut Medicaid. Compounded with the appointment of a fake TV doctor being appointed to oversee Medicaid. But don't worry. This is all to pay for the tax breaks for the ultra wealthy. We don't know how extensive the cuts will be. But the orange messiah has deemed them needed. Remember this was what a majority of the country voted for.

haven’t heard anything, but it’s never a bad move to keep your resume up to date and see what’s out there once in a while. the town hall coming up feels like a good sign. JZ usually ghosts those when layoffs are on the table
