I got laid off 2 in Delaware as a Director and off the Citi rollercoaster.
Go to your local dispensary . Enjoy your severance and a get a new gig in a months time. He-l move down to a warm state and enjoy life. Till next gig comes up. An no one tch test anymore

Yep. Stopped busting my a-s for this place a while ago. Worked harder than ever this past year, stellar reviews, but got a lower performance review than I've had in years. They simply don’t care. Was supposed to be promoted to VP, but instead, the 'strategic direction' was to hire 6 people for me to hand off work I did myself. So they can put me on the RIF list. And it's not just me – I have coworkers who uprooted their entire family from NY to Tampa, misled to think it was safe, and got laid off while on parental leave after just having a new baby. They didn’t even cover relocation. That’s the reality of who we work for. They don’t care. They just want to show stock prices going up to line their own bonuses and shareholders. They can’t even get a decent HR headcount in line to pay people severance on time or help transition those impacted to new employment. SMH
