This “All Colleagues Call” is a joke. GK’s tone alone was offensive, her words were so contrived and calculated. They are laying off in small groups to avoid having to report the true numbers due to Warn act! They think we are d-mb and we are not. This bank is no longer loyal to anyone.

@rg I plan on skipping the rest of them for this year. I will still accept the invite but will go for a walk instead of listening to some nut-case talk a lot without saying anything meaningful.
It’s why I no longer join. The all colleagues is more like the 1% getting together and spitting on the rest of us. I’m not allowing this bs poison culture to ruin my day.
@a2 Actually the layoffs have been going for over a year and a half. I was part of the second wave of small stealth layoffs in September of 2024 there were several area reorgs before that.

It's fine guys... The stock price has increased a good chunk. GK clearly has us on the right path.
But they hired 13,000 last year. Didn't mention how many were offshore!

I doubt anyone believed that nonsense considering the fact that several promises made in her first townhall had already been broken by the end of 2025. I don't trust the MC. Company morale and trust are at all time lows. Check the Glassdoor ratings.
Yeah, talking about retention and saying that it’s low. It’s because finding a job is tough right now. The economy is rough and a number of people would leave today if they could.
