I can't stop thinking about the unfairness of how all this works. A small group of people at the top repeatedly make one short sighted decision after another, often ignoring warnings from the people who actually understand the business. Then, when those decisions inevitably blow up, the same people announce layoffs and call it a necessary adjustment. Not one of them takes a pay cut. Not one of them gives back a bonus. Not one of them faces any real consequence at all. Meanwhile, the rest of us, the people who had no say in any of those bad decisions, are the ones who lose our jobs, our stability, and our peace of mind. I'm so tired of watching executives protect their own wallets while ordinary employees pay the price for mistakes they didn't make. At some point, we've got to start demanding that the people in charge actually take responsibility for their own failures instead of just using layoffs as an easy out every time things get difficult.

@fn Ok grass. To be fair, the left's main talking point was mostly "I'm not Trump", with just a smattering of talking points of what they're actually for. It worked out pretty well too but not good enough.
Again, not sure to whom you think you're lecturing. so i think your main goal in this thread is just to get a word in edgewise lol. Any politician who does all that sh-t you mentioned is garbage, most people won't argue against it. I don't have an issue calling any of them out. Your problem is that you don't have credibility nor objectivity, when you're looking the other way on the sh-t your side does. And i say "your side" simply because of how you're treating politics like sports teams. Hey, at least you're not a fair-weather fan, who is actually loyal - be proud of it!
Don't worry guys I figured it out, Dear Leader Don probably just forgot to tell Congress they have to vote on the bill. I forgot they don't do anything now without his approval because apparently the branches of government are now just whatever Trump was last told by someone and the Supreme Court.

Hey, I never got an update on that bill. Did it pass yet? Also how's the funding of Alligator Alcatraz going? I know we're supposed to just tune out and listen to whatever's being told to us on Fox News but I want to make sure all the past stuff that validates my hateful beliefs is still real and they're not just momentary distractions.

@ey Actually, I thought the current admin encouraged Congress to pass the Stop Insider Trading Act (H.R. 7008). Agree that insider trading has gotten bad. So bad that people are now closely monitoring congresspeople like Pelosi's trading activity for any hints.
We have an administration that is openly saying Congress should be allowed to insider trade because their wages haven't caught up with inflation, to the American public who's wages haven't increased with inflation.
We have half of the country who are voting in these snakes and betraying their own class because they're pi---d off about trans and brown people.
Things aren't going to get better.
