Anyone hearing they are moving to 3 days a week, every week, in office. Not sure how they are going to do that in North Carolina if that is true.

They can take the constant uncertainty and motivation by fear tactics and take a walk (to be professional). EVERYONE in my group in FI is so miserable and done with the horrid quality of management and what seems like hatred of client facing reps. Bare minimum is what they’ll get now from most of us. This could’ve been avoided!

No idea on fireworks , but lots of leadership offsite recently including L3s and talking to my mgr things are progressing on new org structure . rollout will be in April or May and corresponding impacts may follow
