Maybe she isn’t gaslighting us. Maybe she really believes those post it notes! That would track, since she actually thought people would believe that pulse survey responses indicated people wanted to return to the office.
It is called self promotion. Posting regularly on linked in can be perceived as she cares. She is driving cultural changes in the company. This is why the company is rotting at its core.
I hear you. CHRO is self serving. She wants to be popular like Taylor Swift and be perceived as cool. Nothing cool with laying off 15,000 employees. Yet here she is, posting none sense on linked in. how much is Verizon paying her to do this?
Sounds like a recipe for disaster. Sorry stakeholders but we decided not to ask you as it was quicker not to do so. It’s a vacuous statement
