The message was basically this obviously isn’t what anyone wanted but we are leaning in and confident in the team. It was honest and positive. You should ask your leader - the message wasn’t confidential. I shared it with my team the next day.
Sarah Oh Sarah....your so called big beautiful earnings came. Now its time to speak and get out of your bunker. Why is the stock now below $24 pre-market!!! Don't even bllsht me saying everything will be fine. You need to step aside for the good of this company. You're not one of us.

Sarah London.... what a pathetic CEO....can't step up to the plate and address the issues at hand with this company. Just a canned email two weeks ago saying everything will be fine. What a joke she is and what a joke this company has become.
@m5 You’re obviously a higher up and no, they don’t tell Sr Managers and below anything. They want to make sure we are head down, mouth shut and keep busting our butts until it’s convenient for them to let us go at the same time mass layoffs are occurring in the industry so we’re all competing for the same jobs at the same time. You’re rude and obviously insensitive and don’t care about others.
A lot of management there in centene are kinda weird. Worked there for a short period of time, can’t handled the micromanagement of an Albanian dude, Sarah London doesn’t seem to know wtf she is doing either, stock tanked 60% and she can’t do anything about it, pathetic bitxh
Sarah will send a canned response via email next week saying everything will be fine.
@m5 Perhaps the CEO’s message wasn’t clear enough if her expectation was for Senior Directors to relay it down to the rank and file and they haven’t.
She’s at the top, she can’t pass the buck.
Sarah is obviously limited in what she can share before earnings, but she and the ELT addressed Senior Directors + last week. It was very nicely done and her message was clear. If your leader hasn’t cascaded it, perhaps it’s them you should be upset with.
@gg Who’s going to buy it? What line of business is worth anything right now? UHG is in trouble. Aetna is the unwanted stepchild CVS wishes it never acquired. Anthem/Elevance won’t be interested as they will stay in commercial if they are smart. Humana is probably a seller, not a buyer. Molina is as bad off as we are.
Getting ready for a buyout … let it sink so am offer will be made.
What pi---s me off about the company collapsing is that the CEO is not saying anything to address the shareholders and more importantly the employees regarding this collapse. Sarah London needs to be held accountable for her actions and needs to speak up. NOW!!

We won’t hear from her until the earnings call at the end of the month. What’s to say?? They yanked the 2025 guidance. That’s bad, folks. Very bad.

@ah all whilst jetting around with her cen-team on the company’s fleet, yes fleet, of private jets. The CFO has one at his disposal for Florida, and the lady in NY has the same access. Crazy!!
