@1xs she is hands down the worst leader TI has, she doesn’t listen to anyone but herself. I worked in her org once and left as fast as I could.
KP destroys every group she is put in charge of and that is her function at TI. It’s been like that for years with her. She doesn’t build and doesn’t know how, only destroy. If she is named your VP, your days are numbered.

@ex not sales and marketing.. we report into M Robertts but not surprising, don’t get any IT tech help only ‘no you can’t get this or that’; cio is useless, layoffs comin, took profit sharing away, senior leaders blind to all being checked out cause moral at all times low

Reorgs in IT happen every 1-2 months. No one cares to keep track. KP has zero credibility. Constant confusion. Her end goal is to replace most employees with AI. yearly 30% layoff very likely.
@b6 IT has been averaging a good 30% - 35% everytime one of these reorgs happen.
