I like how Citi tries to sell to the employees that they are offering top of the line competitive pay and comps. LMAO.

@ar I think that's a lie. The board cannot approve the release of comp numbers until Q4 earnings are released - after Tuesday. If your manager communicated the proposed comps, they did it prematurely.

Who cares? You can tell me “you’re getting nothing” in an email just as much as you can face to face.
Always after Q4 earnings for big US banks, so anytime after this Wednesday for Citi.
