Has anyone seen this report? What is all on it? Is it a yearly average? Does it show login/logout etc? What have you been told on it?

This will all be irrelevant when we’re dragged back 5 days a week next year.
@18d Will the report be used punitively? I think that’s the whole point. Of course some leaders will use the information to weed out people. There will be other leaders who do nothing with the information. But to be fair, HR just runs the report.
@ew actually- no. They are being called out too.
And I know 2 people that the report is incorrect but their managers are just like “ oh no - it’s accurate and you are not in compliance”. So you cannot challenge it.
HR is going to use this punitively .
Periods of paid leave (FMLA etc) are excluded from the report and those weeks don’t count towards the yearly average. This is all in the FAQ on the HR page.
@ah almost correct.
It doesn’t show anyone averaging over 2.0 days on a 12 month basis (not 2.5).
It’s only directly available to ELG. If EBG receives it, it’s because a VP downloaded and forwarded to them.
The report isn’t run for a particular period, it always shows the most recent 52 weeks.
No specific swipes are shown, it just counts how many days have a swipe.
@a2 few points of clarification:
- It hasn’t made its way down to managers yet, just EBG and up receives the reporting
- They flagged everyone under 2.5 days, not just 2
- Anyone below 2 received Documented Coaching
- Paid leave and FMLA have historically not been factored into the report
Previously it was a rolling 12 month average. Not sure if they have adjusted it recently or not.
Hearsay, but I was told this:
A report is ran for a particular period of time. Over that period of time, the report shows the average number of badge swipes per week.
Leaders and managers look at the report and were told to have conversations with direct reports whose average swipes per week during the period were 2 or lower.
