Who else is waiting for the bonus to leave after that?

Try Viagra, that may help.
@3aja, $10k after tax should not worth anybody's mental health regardless of personal finance situation.
I retired this past summer and was surprised to receive a pro-rated bonus for the portion I worked this year. It was unexpected and appeared totally out of nowhere.
@3aja- $10,000 would be ok grossed up, but they tax the h*ll out of it and you will be lucky to get $6500.00. Not bad, but not worth hanging around for the extra months to collect it.
@evv it must be nice if $10k doesn't mean too much to you. For the vast majority of employees why would they allow this money to slip away, they put up with the BS so they should get paid.
Sounds like you need to better at making friends. Maybe improve your personality as well
a TM retired 2/2021 and died 4/2021. I'm sure we all know a handful of these stories within SF. What's the point of ki----g yourself for a pension and you won't get to collect?
Yes. Get out of the clown show known as claims. The job bites and there are better jobs in the company than claims. It will strip you of your health both physically and mentally. Get out as soon as you can.
I’m in Information Security, and I’ll leave after the bonus. Im interviewing with major CSP’s thanks to the experience and certifications I’ve earned on the company dime.
My motive is continually being passed on for leadership positions by doofus directors who don’t even understand their own product team work. These phony leaders hire less qualified individuals with no technical acumen and are afraid to take bold action. They just select friends.
Take advantage of "The Great Resignation". Many of my peers went to other carriers and found it to be better than SF, and got a decent pay increase. SF thought the pandemic would give them leverage, but they were wrong.
March 20th… has to be the last day in order to get the bonus. Thank God! Could not take another day. DONE.
Correct me if wrong but bonus is not given if you leave before Dec 31 right?
I am waiting for my bonus, as well. I hope it is at least as large as last year's. Inflation takes it's toll on a man's wallet.
State Farm is moving backwards. If think for a moment they actually care about us. You got another thing coming. On the horizon is more micromanaging lead by incompetent supervisors and directors. The new job grading system means nothing just more of a way to be a visual point then anything. I'm counting my days until I'm out. Bonus or not it doesn't matter. The leadership model is tired. Drink the Kool Aid apply the KLB. What joke.
I’ve been applying for 4 months to other businesses. I just started getting an influx of interviews. If you wait you miss the winter, and spring hiring madness. It’s highly competitive at the moment.
April 1 I am gone. Can't do it anymore.
Waiting for the bonus is an excuse to delay getting out. Bonus after tax is less than $10k for most people.
I am gone in the first Qtr pto out. I already feel good about the decision. This is a claim factory. They don’t care and I don’t care any more! I guess we are even. They need to figure out a reasonably workload with reasonably metrics for complex injury claims with proper staffing. The last, is the biggest failure in claims. Until AI can make real human decisions you will need humans to make these decisions. If you don’t wait it’s over. Please wait because you owe me pension!
I will be gone before the bonus. Thank goodness.
You are kidding yourself. You are never leaving.
Of course we’re all waiting . 6 months from now you will be waiting again for the next bonus. Leave now the bonus will come, you’ve earned it by now.
