They will reduce. Who cares. There is better life after T. Just give me my $$$ and I will be out.
"If your supporting fiber build and mobility, your job is at risk".
First, it's "you're".
Second, you're incorrect and I suspect just trying to get a reaction.
My team in Mobility is down headcount from last year with more work in front of us than ever.
Right now they seem to be aiming for a 5% reduction across the board and natural attrition could take care of most but not always in the right orgs. It may go up after the TW deal occurs and/or business goes down and more profit is needed
Employee headcount for 2021 was reduced only 4.5%. (~10K) That is about the normal turn over rate. The level that saw the biggest increase in headcount (60%) was the 5th level!
Oh so this is a betting website now?
T needs to shed about another 75-80K to stay competitive with others telco carriers. If your supporting fiber build and mobility, your job is at risk.
As last year’s layoff of longer term employees has shown, there has been little to no impact on the business.
T could cut 35% and not miss a beat.
Reduction is happening on feb all the unvax are out even tho its sad thats the way they doing the reduction
10% reduction
We have 9 or 10 techs doing outside ABFS work in our city when realistically, we only have enough work for 5 maybe 6, but they want to hire another tech...lmao!
zero
@euj+1eMmU25q, haven't you heard, Stank is busy being the tv and movie expert, no time for us worker bees.
Everyone goes but the C suite. A newyears clean house.
They'll never figure out how little work us outside techs have.
They are clueless.
Perfect!!!!
50K+ is needed.
