So many simps here who should put their money where their mouth is… There is an index fund that only invests in companies run by women CEOs. Since its inception, it has underperformed the broader market.

Accenture (julie small) is in the shitters. Money people care about money, if gender played the role all ceos would be women. I am not denying centuries of patriarchy, but we had Fortune 500 female ceos since early 70s and there is no correlation between gender and performance
Honestly, it shouldn’t be anyone from the inside at this point. The execs in place now are most in need of a serious clean up and ship out.
