We have a job. No need for big bonuses.
If you put your head down, be quiet, and do your job then rewards are just around the corner.
If everyone does this for the next couple or few years while the company recovers then, they too will find that rewards are just around the corner.
If you feel that rewards are slow in coming then if you and everyone else doubles down and work twice as hard then those rewards will certainly be just around the corner.
You only need to be patient.
