Our org chart looks like a game of Tetris gone wrong. Layers of managers who’ve never done the work dictating how it’s done. Meanwhile, actual contributors hit approval roadblocks daily. Get us out of this mess! You can get rid of layers and layers of management without anybody even noticing!

At least your manager comes in. Mine is under the radar prejudice and only works to make people catch him up on details he should know in the way he wants to know it! Treats everyone as if they aren't intelligent until he wants intel on what he should already know to make himself look good for leadership.
Too many managers and not enough doers. Crazy that they're laying off experts but keeping the glorified timesheet approvers. My boss is always leaving early to play golf with his buddies yet I'm here until 6pm fearing for my job security.
