As CX was down over the past quarter by 1%, what do you think the probability of layoffs in TAC occurring would be? Furthermore, has anyone heard anything about layoffs in TAC after the most recent earnings reports?

It's just easier to lay off a little TAC P-e-on instead of another layer of useless middle or upper management.
There are countless layers of SVPs, VPs and Senior Directors in overhead functions like HR, Finance and even Facilities. I get dizzy browsing through the directory. Many of them fat cats reporting to each other and have their eager, cheap "early in career" do the actual work .
There is the money that would be much better spend on TAC.
@ep Do you say this after the TAC engineers fix your configuration errors that you constantly swear is a bug? Or do you have actual technical people on speed dial keeping your career afloat?
Imagine if the products worked better? You could probably shrink TAC.
TAC has already been gutted in the US
funny everyone that is supposedly more skilled than TAC engineers, they sure know how to delegate basic questions and issues they should be able to solve by being a product/industry SME to TAC.
Good. If TAC could get their sh-t together, I could actually do my job instead of babysitting them.
LC flat out said on a sales all hands that she wants to cut TAC in half at least.
It’s happening. Red badges beware.
