Does Governance even care about doing its job here? One field sales team sells to existing customers in every state but 1 (their own - NC)! HOW?

@2cf Nothing you say to HR in this company is anonymous or confidential, period, full stop. I’ve witnessed it firsthand. ‘She’ will tell everyone and anyone who will listen. Dream on if you think reporting anything will help.
If the new HR leadership handles things better, that might work if truly kept anonymous. Management around “the stream” have a great track record of dragging names through mud and trying to ruin reputations or retaliate in shady ways, if they figure out or think they figure out who reported something with engagement surveys or ethics reporting be ready have a recorder ready after for your own protection or ammo later.

@ej Two things can be true at the same time. Everything is a s-show, everyone besides inside sales and direct knows it. There’s a significant amount of fraud taking place in this company and it flows primarily from Zo’s a-s.
Since we will be going public again, I wonder if there will be an internal audit team like there once was? They would have a hay day in the current environment.
So have they fixed all the other issues with Windstream - such as the old and failing OSP fibers, leased equipment deals, obsolete equipment lacking replacement parts, falsified protection schemas? Seems only the sales guys are whining lately is reason for the ask
