@en absolutely capped at 18 weeks - 1 week pay per year of service (up to 18 weeks/years) plus two months pay, for a maximum of 26 weeks. Bonus is 100% payout for last year plus 75% for the one week prorated for this year. So anything over 18 years is a big FU from Dell.

@be They capped it a while ago. When I got WFR last fall, it was insult to injury that something like 6 years of service was ignored.

Just laid off, US. 6 months and 1 week for every year plus 90% bonus and all RSUs vested. Not too bad, disclaimer that I was a low level exec

Sounds the same to me.
Max = 8 weeks (2 months) + 18 weeks
= 26 weeks (6 months)

@an - the cap is 18 years. so two months + a weeks pay per year of employment with 18 weeks (years) being the max
