Old ranch hands have heard there is a plan to close the HTC , relocate and Maple Buildings? What is the scuttlebut on the ground? If these properties are going to bye-bye, definitely a new era!

OP That's been in the work for 2 years now... There's actually quite a few more buildings than Grand/Nash. Grand/Nash was bought by Mattel, there's about 5 more that are recently leased to take HTC staff. For example, the old Motor Trend building is almost done for the "studio" etc.
What ever happened to that amusement park in AZ?

@OP correct! Mattel is moving out of both buildings. New space being built out in a building on Grand and Nash.
