I just got talked to about my WorkIQ scores , the plague I forgot stuck this company a while ago. It likely changes by managers, but if you have a yes man kind of boss expect to get a lashing if these numbers don’t favor you.
Oh man did this hit the mark! Add passive aggression, gaslighting with “overdue” timelines that were never discussed, and informing everyone else on my team that reports to me about org changes individually without letting me know.
