Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

boiling it all down

this isn't a complicated story

leadership pumps up the numbers with ethically challenged accounting

eventually there are no more tricks left in the bag

leadership parachutes out with inflated equity

new leadership "comes clean" and gets a ton of equity at deflated prices

everyone wins, except the dedicated employees

Yep, Jeff Yabuki pulled the same nonsense on his way out the door. Fiserv employees and investors have been sc--wed since the founders retired in 2010.

I think the dramatically pathetic outcome is a result of the gross incompetence of these lazy employees. Now I cannot even rest well in my new job at the government. You are truly a mess.
