Call from selection rep or email?

@c1 people with jobs know really soon. Usually morning of the first day. Then the bad news takes the remainder of the days
@ek Not even close. More like doubling down.

Anyone making $500K per year at Chevron is way overpaid. I have never met so many overpaid people that don't have a clue how to manage resources and people. no wonder Chevron is cleaning out so many middle managers, but they still have a ways to go to get them all.... :)
It differs between BUs.
Yes, first teams then call and email offer. Simple as it is.
In the four days of notifications who gets notified first, the selected, left standing, or a mix? I am in the next round but I assume all rounds are similar.
Is this the 26-27 notifications? These are people making like 400-500K all in right?
I’m sure this round will be fine regardless of the outcome.
job owner teams message asking to talk = good
selection rep scheduled meeting = bad
Either way, it won't be fun for anyone involved.
It has not had a ton of consistency, but most of the round 1 notifications (NOT ALL) were done by the job owner if you got the job - Teams, then a call. If you didn't get a job, the selection rep and HR on a call.
