I have always been a strong performer who never got credit because I am not good at playing the game and being visible. The changes to STIP being equal for everyone has increased my award amounts. I think this change is fair and rewarding to all the high performers who don't have the corporate visibility and have gone without all these years. I think it was a good move by the ELT.

No personal factor is ruining employee’s drive. When one does nothing and the other consistently bust their a-s to keep things working you can’t reward them equally.
