How is ukg office in Atlanta ? Are there big layoffs ? There is some manger role not sure if people are just leaving any insight

Great employees are being laid off while keeping and promoting poor performers who excel at nothing but brown nosing. UKG gets in its own way and we're all here for it!
They are shutting the Uruguay operation. Sad to see so many good people and friend losing their jobs

@1a1 great now they can bring in somebody new whole get rid of the rest of sales and bring in their people. I guess we’ll see if it’ll pay off in a year or two.

As odd as it may sound, I am incredibly grateful to have been part of the July 3, 2024 layoff and feel for those who work in that toxic environment today.

@a6 Presales, Sales, Operations - I’ve counted 40 people so far that I know. The majority are minorities, women, g-y, or over 55. Ageist? Probably.
Between September 26-30th, 2025, UKG have fired entire departments as well as groups of individuals in remaining departments in Presales and Operations (including me). Individuals report that the majority of people being let go are long time employees between the ages of 50-60. Severance packages are meager, and they have 20 something year old HR Generalist doing the firing via a script with the employees’ manager present. “The company is going in a different direction, and your position is being deleted.” The employees’ managers were not warned very far in advance. It was quite a shock after getting loads accomplished this year for the company, exceeding my goals, and having letters of praise across the company for what I did. A former coworker told me that their department head brushed it off during a restructuring department meeting on Tuesday, saying that it is cheaper for the company to hire 5 people in India than to hire one employee in the US. Good luck with that. It is fitting that on October 1st, they removed “People First” and “Our Purpose is People.”

More layoffs today 9/30 as well. These are not rumors.
This is Rachel Barger’s and Jen Morgan’s failure, I’ve never seen the morale like this. Why isn’t the Board taking action? The stock has only gone down since they came onboard.

Layoffs definitely happened yesterday, they were just kept quiet.
Why can’t have two or more jobs?
Remote UKG employees working two to three jobs at the same time is a FACT. Those thumbing down are the ones doing it. UKG uses AI to monitor their employees, pretty sure they have the info on the overemployed employees.
Many of their directors, managers and individuals contributors who work from home are working two or three jobs lol. And they are still employed. Return to office only forced on some people.
Must be quiet layoffs or complete bs, because I haven't heard anything.
