Am I lying? American companies are now
purposefully shortstaffing countrywide while pocketing record breaking profits. It's putting strain on customer service which has always been horrible. Ppl treat front line workers the worst but I'm am happy to see that workers are fighting back!

Agree. We are well above the industry standard for volume per rep. We allowed other carriers to take the majority of our talent. Now we have a low talent staff handling claims that are well beyond their skill level resulting in horrific mistakes, delays and shameful customer service. They won’t even allow our manager to support us field reps with ride alongs. That was the best learning I received as a new adjuster! seemingly to save pennies! Insane
@eii+1kr1w5in- with all due respect, you need to put things into true context. I've seen slave movies where the plantation owner is basically saying the same thing to the field slaves regarding how many bushels of cotton they can complete by the end as they are being whipped for not making their quota. Albeit, you put it nicer than the plantation owner to his slaves, however, based on your logic you can ALWAYS do more regardless of what you are already doing, but at what cost? Most of us don't exist to work, we work to exist. Lets make our best effort to be real in 2023... shall we?
I mean this will all the respect for all the frontline claim reps but they need to work smarter not harder. The job is doable if you just apply the right attitude and elbow grease. That’s what your managers are trying to convey to you. If you spent your job applying yourself rather than complaining, your work would be up to date in no time. What do you say folks? Let’s make it a great day today and have a positive attitude going into 2023! This post is made with respect for all that you do and can do even more if you try!
Allstate isn't an innovator just a copycat.
With that said my claims job is a joke. 6 estimate reviews a day.
Not a good example. Insurance companies are posting billions in losses.
