Things that are not allowed to post here, hope it helps:

  • PII (names, other identifiable info, addresses), except for names of c-suits, cause they are already public figures
  • over excessive use of foul language and spamming, trolling, bullying, personal insults
  • derogatory speech towards individuals or groups
  • discussing politics and religion, direct advertising

Other than that, pretty much anything you post will stick.

A D+ is generous for that person and should be proud of it.

Me too. An internet search for "Seagate Business Excellence" gives that job holder a D+. Not surprising they would spaz out. Guess the truth hurts.

I posted comments regarding Business Excellence, but scrupulously avoided naming anyone, or even naming a position. Yet my post was removed. Seems someone is wielding their power. Hope it makes them happy. The money must not be...

It appears that one post mentioned the SVP of business excellence by name and the admin deleted all posts that mentioned the department that did not include the name. Seems fishy

: @ehzs+13rpHMtk .I think the admins blocking IP addresses of posters who use peoples names in post.Someone else asked in another post also asked about site admins blocking posters.

What is it about the department of Business Excellence that makes the site admin/mod block people and delete posts related to this Dept?

Yes it is true. All director level positions are to be eliminated in IT. Approximately 100+ hits

Where did the business excellence posts go? JM & DM must be on the prowl.

Shrinking revenue, shrinking head count and an ill placed bet on SSD & HAMR. As a Seagate employee close to retirement I rest at ease knowing their steady hand is on the wheel.

How long until they spin the coronavirus into like the Thai flood or the Icelandic volcano eruption?

A director level person in IT is hearing rumblings and seeing signs of a lay-off in March. Anyone else getting similar vibes?

"First Annual Montgomery Burns Award for Outstanding Achievement in the Field of Excellence" It's amazing Seagate survived for so long without a department of business excellence, because business is going so excellent.

As someone wrote before you don't cross the svp of business excellence and that's why the posts were taken down. Receiving the Oscar here for the least value add role at her pay rate of near $1m per year with stock and benefits, as a long time crony to the CEO, I am sure she got legal to flex some muscle and get the honest posts taken down.

What is Business Exellence, anyway? And why did posts with that subject get deleted??

Looks like the website administrator deleted many of the best Oscars! We need to repost. This post must have gotten to the truth and Seagate threatened legal action.

Oscar goes to investors who have been sold by the pitch of the executive team to buy the false dream of HDD everywhere. They keep chasing the stock higher and it works as long as a bigger fool comes along to play the same game.
