@ehi+1vVEEZh7 same thing happened with my pebble! Makes me wonder how many of those "resolved" pebbles they talked about on LTL were resolved by saying it was too difficult and closing the ticket.

MetLife Commuter Benefits debit card is severely outdated. It still does not have the micro chip or wifi symbol on it. In NYC, we cannot use this card to pay with OMNY. I tried contacting the Met folks running this, and they no comprende what I am saying. Why is everything offered to employees here so third rate?

Yeah, my submitted pebble from last year, mysteriously disappeared off the radar. No response to date.
I'm still waiting for them to remove the pebble that is Express Scripts.
when I submitted a pebble I was told it would be too difficult to implement. what I suggested is a common tool at any other client services company🤷
