I left SF few years ago! When I look at current salary range, the higher end doesn’t hit my current base salary! How is it this company attracts experienced talent

@OP if you left a few years ago - A. why are you here? B. How would you know the current salary ranges? I for one make $137k and my salary goes up to $178k - I would say that’s not bad.
@eh I forgot what it was called 4 years ago! Was it ESD? Digital? What ever it is, the entire pay range is below the lower mid for the similar roles! Why?
haha....."technology department"? You must have left in the 1990s and are definitely just throwing a general question out there that shows you have no clue about SF in the modern era.
