Every meeting with the manager, the Pay rise dates keep postpoing but he says it is going to happen. What a Joke

If "the percentage difference isn't down to how well you've done." What is the point of even trying. If colleagues who are bloody useless get the same as you then it just reinforces the do as little as possible, don't deliver as you make less mistakes that way - and will still get the same reward attitude that's been around in the company for years.

I believe that what they have done is give $xxxx to everyone. Well I say "everyone" because the list of recipients has been filtered down by first job level (managers and below) and then the magic secret HR pay scales (ie if you are already above somewhere on that scale you don't get selected - not even necessarily the top either)

The variable percentage things is simply a reflection of how much that $xxxx is to your current salary.

might be 1% to the big earners and 3% to the lowest but its a set amount of dollars... the percentage difference isn't down to how well you've done.

By the time the tax man has had his cut - any rise you actually get will be an unnoticeable £25 / $30 a month. That'll pay for - just about nothing extra a week these days.

"Everyone was told Oct reviews, November merits, and 1st of Dec in pay."

Apart from the "October reviews" this plan is exactly what you said isn't it:

Nov 6 - 8 Manager Training
Nov 12 - 22 Manager Planning
Nov 25-29 Leaders Review
Dec 3 -13 Communicating to staff (it has a different name but ppt on work pc)
Dec 14- 24 Merit Rises in Workday, effective 1st Dec

I assume that means its effective 1st December, which means your pay at end of December (or mid December if you are USA and get paid fortnightly) ie your next pay cheque after 1st December.

Its definitely happening, but as others have said on here the actual hike will be far less than anyone wanted or needed.

@bbe+1vsPHDDU you are a joker, Everyone was told Oct reviews, November merits, and 1st of Dec in pay.

We are in November and nobody has heard from their managers, why???? Normal companies inform staff about a month before the payment.

Why should the folks keep having to guess and chase, if your going to give a raise why do you keep people in suspense.

Its total incompetence and lack of communication. They expect everything from employees but never want to communicate back to them.

The HR person is totally garbage and needs replacing.

Sorry @egn+1vsPHDDU but don't let your anger get the better of you, you're coming across as an id--t. There have been many townhalls since the one you attended , you chose not to attend or watch replays so don't blame others for having out of date information, it's been 1st Dec for months now. Your manager has had their training, so must have the slide deck, if they haven't shown it to your team, ask. The timetable isn't a secret, it's been publicised at the town halls by Mary, Raul and others. The size of the raises is a secret but that's already being gossiped on Teams and is on here too.

I have seen nothing in writing either by email or internal intranet. There was a town hall on which we were told there would be an annual review and we would hear details end of Sept/start of Oct. Surprise surprise, nothing yet. Now the rumour (and it’s nothing more than that unless someone can point me to the official comms) is that this if we get anything it will be applicable from Dec pay

I'm not a fan of DXC leadership but to be fair once they actually announced a date for the pay reviews, they have stuck to it. It's been delayed far too long, no argument there, but it "doesn't keep getting postponed". The timeline isn't secret, it's even on this site.

Nov 6 - 8 Manager Training
Nov 12 - 22 Manager Planning
Nov 25-29 Leaders Review
Dec 3 -13 Communicating to staff (it has a different name but ppt on work pc)
Dec 14- 24 Merit Rises in Workday, effective 1st Dec
