I quit a while back and everything improved. Waiting around for Wells Fargo to start treating its employees better is a lost cause. Start looking for something new now.

no one needs to put up with this covert level of abuse, it is like an asylum on steroids, need to decompress and get out by remembering your worth, think positive and something will materialize, I am done with the bullying and we all have cases against the big bad bully, we just need to organize collectively. disgusitng forced rankings and favoritism, meaning the not thinking outside the box mo--n wins and steals your shine from taking credit

I gotten a final round interview for a much better place but got the rejection recently.
A new place did reach out, but it appears even more unstable then the Stage Coach, it’s a grind but we keep going I suppose.
Yeah, but giving your life to a place that is so obnoxiously soul-crushing and appealing is worse. You’ll find another great gig! Get out and let your soul and spirit heal!
Where would you suggest? I’m all ears but the prospects in my area are not promising
