Can someone post the PSG ranges and respective salaries

@eg pay transparency is a good thing for the working class. Throughout your career, you should always benchmark against similar roles at other companies to make sure you are being paid fair market value.
The pay grade range around the midpoint is ±20% with 15% between grades (100% of 23 is 15% higher than 100% of 22 etc etc). The US exempt grades range from 17-30 (executive compensation is above PSG 30 and is calculated differently). At PSG 26+ the salary comes with RSUs (vary by level). Bonuses also scale from a target ~10% at PSG 17 to a target ~60% at PSG 30, but managers have a lot of leeway to give more or less based on performance. The current 2025 100% for US PSG 23 is $132,500 with a target bonus ~16%, you can calculate the rest from there.

Depends on which career ladder and even which country. Some countries don’t use PSGs and go only by functional level.
