Layoffs happen the week after the fiscal qtr or year ends. Second week of February is when it always happens. People are being cherry picked and the sc-m leadership is avoiding severances
@ee Start the new year out right and get out there and knock on doors and sell your wares. This is a competitive market and order takers are not going to be effective. Best of luck! 🤞
Anyone who seriously believes that "all must be well" is delusional. Those of us in sales know where 2026 is starting, given our pipeline. Our situation is very dire. It's pitiful.
