I have 3 interviews next week. I’m happy because it’s really hard to even get to that stage. I have a good feeling that I will succeed this time, even though I have dozens of failed applications behind me. It seems to me that there are more applicants and fewer open positions than ever. At one point, I almost gave up on applying, but I didn’t let myself be discouraged because I needed to leave this company as soon as possible.

@edh+19HL4Plq - if the new people you are talking about hiring spell like you - COP is definitely doomed but obviously that's their goal - get some more people like you lol - incompetents. I'd hate to see your work productivity/quality. You've obviously never heard of "Quality Control".
You won't ever be happy if you think that COP is unique in the oil industry. All oil companies s—. Call people OXY, Shell or Continental.
Selling life insurance, electric cars or weight loss products might beat oil.
I left. You WILL be happier. The workforce there is either bitter and mean or scared and pathetic. I was all of those before I cut and run. As many others have said, ther IS life after comicalphukkups and you’ll be a LOT happier once you’re free from there!
