Every one else enjoying their 0% raise as much as I am. What a bunch of BS. Received a CL promotion and was moved to. New job. Was dropped in the rankings and received a 0% raise and fewer RSU awards. So basically my CL promotion has cost me money!

@ed you don’t work your a-s off, building PowerPoint presentations is not hard work
You’ve never done a hard days work
@ec I work my a-s off and expect to be compensated for it
if you got bumped a CL and got a 0% raise that can only mean you were WAY above your salary reference, if you don't understand how it works then you probably got exactly what you deserve.
AND you got FEWER RSU's!!?? oh man...life must be so hard for you. maybe you should go be a bricklayer, that'll teach 'em!
this place is filled with the most whiny, ungrateful people. perhaps you've heard "life's not fair"? But instead of looking at the great salary and benefits, you whine on the internet.
@aj where did you go? I am applying and have interviews elsewhere
@db total BS. Hard work is not recognized. I have had the big raises and RSUs many times. I have also had 0% raises. Never been lower than VG. Often L and E. There is no logic to it all. It seems to be mostly based on getting lucky in what assignment you have.
@OP 12% raise, and RSUs. All good, as has been said on here before hard work is recognized.
Curious why you’re complaining about raises 4 months after last treatment and 8 months before the next one? Granted 0% su-ks, but either get over it or quit and move on already.
Losing pay and RSUs when promoted is nothing new. But now your manager won’t care and won’t advocate for relief in your case. That is new.
All we can do is drop productivity and find ways to waste corporate resources to help tip the scales back a little.

I have 0 percent for last three years and will be nsied piped in July. My manager says they have never seen this before. I was told if I did not like the raises I could just leave. Excon is trying to get me to quit.
@OP it’s great. Left, found a new job and a 40% pay bump.
