I think the Capital One that we knew and loved is gone! This whole situation is just disgusting and makes me sick. UM’s fired but then asked if the can still write mid year reviews….are you serious?

Everyone is scared in Plano/Dallas office. The new CTO joined from Amazon is all about numbers. Give me 15%..nah, not enough give me 20%, Can you make it 25%? Rounds after rounds of discussions to pull people in to PIP. Absolute crazy s**. MVP's and VP's saving their buddies and people they brought from their previous companies and their suck ups. Rest will be in PIP. It will be brutal in Mid July.

COF should lay-off Director and above people, VPs and Rob for sure, they have hired a bunch of VPs from Amazon and they have made a mess, they protect their jobs and fire the small minions it is sad. I have seen Directors using the company funds for their higher education, it is high time that there is mix of people that should get fired, employees from all levels it cannot happen that all the reportees are fired but the manager survives. The layoff should start from the top.

Please collect and share how many of the 147 to be laid off are new comers vs old timers. It will be very interesting to know.

To set the context, the old timers are known as the Richmond Mafia. They have been playing this sick game for years and getting rid of newcomers using the calibration system, while giving themselves great reviews and promotions every year. This is unethical, but C1 leadership doesn't care, complaining to HR didn't help. So, if they are staying and the ones who are not part of the clique are getting laid off, there should be a class action suit.

A lot of the mafia are also originally Cognizant / Infosys imports. They have been hiring / promoting their friends and family for years, whether they are qualified or not.

Some of them run lucrative offshoring businesses etc, even apartment complexes to house them. So if these guys are staying, and the hard workers are being laid off, it's unjust at do many levels.

Please expose these parasites.

@ecx+1ngGbY3D That's from 2 years ago?

There's no WARN notice that I can see related to the recent layoffs.
