I can proudly say as of 2024 I am no longer an employee of this sh1tfest run by complete w@nkers and their w@nky micromanaging cnut minions. and seeing as this company has been horrendous to the lot of us. that includes

increasing the death in service flex benefit cost in effect forcing us to take a small pay cut
trying to make me change my base office to erskine which would be a 4 hour commute each way without any contract change, then yelling at me when I tell them no!
promising me a wage increase with set milestones and then removing any mention from workday afterwards
faffing with on call and call out rates so we cant claim when we get phoned out at stupid o clock in the morning
phoning my personal phone during holiday leave because they didnt arrange any cover
letting useless middle managers single us out in front of others on calls and bully us

of course because of the above I feel no obligation to do anything but the bare minimum required on my way out. they got my corp asset and nothing more. iron mountain can sniff me @rse

due to me role I have several assets that were never retained by DXC including a pair of zbooks, thinkpads and elitebooks. not to mention my display, dock and ergonomic mouse and keyboard sets.

thank you DXC my nephews birthday gift is sorted since these workstation machines make good gaming systems when you strip the corp build from them

Yes they are micromanaging and fail to reward those that do a good job. No pay rises for anyone for over 2 years

Unbelievably small minded attitude.

This is just indicative of the majority view - DXC doesn't care about it's employees, and it's employees don't care about DXC. And they feel so grieved with the company that $150 worth of equipment is the only bonus they've ever had. The chances of actually getting something out of DXC gear are slim anyway. My laptop was clearly picked from the skip. I don't think the management expect any work done. They don't invest in us, so they get what they pay for!

Imagine posting this and thinking it doesn't make you sound worse than DXC

I retired from DXC 5 years ago, and many of the "critiques" you make were valid then too.
I recall being told my base location was changing from the Midlands to Chorley. I told them I wouldn't be in the office very often, and worked from home thereafter. It seems nothing has changed.

When I left they sent me a list of things I had. I said, no I only have a lap top and that smells of cheese and onion crisps as I had mashed them into the keyboard. Told them their records were wrong and put the monitor, headphones, dock, printer on eBay. Made them collect the chair so it cost them more to do that than it was worth. And yes I did p-e on it. Also they paid me all my due holidays 16 days, but I’d already taken them. Karma for the lack of pay rises and bonus.
