No reasons given, only that they'll be resigning, effective in a couple weeks.

@1qd He is around and continues to take credit for the work of others on his team, ignore violations of the Code of Conduct by his direct reports and more.

@1n2 isn't the buffoon in Legal that opened the door for the earplugs still around?

This company is a big circus. Chief HR resigning. Chief IT resigning. Chief Supply chain left. .....COC turnover faster than change under garment. What a joke.

@vf BB is notorious for wanting to hire cronies from his past jobs. These two leaving will open up two millionaire jobs for his pals.

Probably one going to a flunkie friend from another company. And the other a family member of his Florida yacht club.

Once he spins more businesses off, his buddies will be CEO of the spins.

What a gig! Corporate jets home to Florida every weekend. 20 million per year. And kingmaker for his friends. Where do I sign up?

Just compare the COC under Mikey, and what Bill has now. More than half the team has changed.

@h5 Maybe the head of Legal? Seems he is responsible for the extremely costly earplug litigation. The only thing that probably keeps BB from firing him is no one qualified would want the job given PFAS and other legal liabilities we are facing.

@e9 of course they’ve been planning this and now they take their final stock money end of the month and run in April. Run baby run and leaving the place a blazin as they go. Crazy sh**. BB has got a big mess on his hands. Glad I plan to leave soon to and too bad the place has become such a disaster.

take the money from selling those shares and run!

Look at the SEC insider trade. Both executives have been dumping their shares since 6 months ago. They have been planning to leave this place.

In any other company the HR lady would’ve been sacked for the disastrous introduction of the new performance management system including the complete collapse of the pay rise process - managers finding out later than their teams what people’s pay rises were, complete chaos in December, failed introduction in countries with actual employment protection.
Never mind the near total cultural destruction she’s presided over.

And IT man would’ve been gone 2 years ago for complete failure to get a grip on AI and keeping toxic failed leaders in roles, and rewarding them, while constantly losing the only real forward looking talent he actually had.

Do they brew the dysfunction in a cauldron ...in the Temp CIO org (Strategy & Services)?

@a
Uh……no. A fair amount of the dysfunction originates from the temp CIO’s org.

@aa it's likely that BB works in the office in Maplewood Monday to Thursday to "lead by example" for those RTO employees required to work 4 days in the office at 3M Center.

Friday is work from (Florida) yacht (WFY) day. He would like be flown "home" on Thursday afternoons.

All speculation but it adds up. At least Mcnerney lived in Minnesota on some megamillion mega cottage on a lake.

who is the interim CIO? Did we pick a good temporary stand in?

@a3 curious how you make the connection that BB was on this flight to Naples?

Hard to imagine but the interim IT guy is far worse when than the Smurf.

@a3 usually, companies like to deliver the bad news on a Friday afternoon so it gets buried in the weekend news cycle when no one cares.

BB clearly waited until he was back on his corporate jet to sunny Florida and more yacht time with his family and crony friends. What a guy! 20 million and can't even be visible to announce such big departures.

The guy clearly didn't want to be around for the snow and freaking cold weather descending on the Twin Cities.

The share price has slid back under 150 now that wall street knows BB has no ideas for growth and cuts won't revive the bottom line. I'd (almost) rather have Mcnerney back.

What a disaster!

It has a feel that they were pushed out. What comes next? Feels like impending reorg, but most at the top will be 2 years or less seniority now.

I am surprised they didn’t stay until first week of May to vest 1/3 of all those special extra stock options Zoe gave out when she was reporting to Roman.

BB made sure he was long gone before this announcement went out. https://www.flightaware.com/live/flight/N45WF/history/20260312/1600Z/KSTP/KAPF
