Take a copy of the full docusign envelope. Don’t trust these goons. Also, get your manager to commit to a more precise date via email

@qa it was done by GBC Argentina.
I think the letter was written by BTC. They should have used Chat GPT or CoPilot, and it would have done a better job of grammar, formatting, and fornts.
@ea As an adutl and a professional, are there anything that stop you from meeting with your supervisor and/or manager to request ? on top of just posting in a forum ?
@eb its not better, its Global. Official motto of transformation.
@e8 GBS couldn’t even be bothered to produce a professional‑looking notice letter. The DocuSigned notice looked like it was thrown together by a grade‑schooler — no letterhead, inconsistent fonts, sloppy grammar, and chaotic formatting. It’s astonishing that this is what they consider ‘efficiency’ after outsourcing jobs to EM subsidiaries. They can’t even do a basic task properly and just continue to embarrass themselves professionally.
Is there any way to request that a supervisor accelerate the termination date instead of keeping employees on payroll until year‑end 2026? Several people I’ve spoken with who received the same estimated date would prefer to leave sooner. We’d rather receive the severance package and move on.
A completely non binding letter, not even on letter head. Gotta hope that we can trust the leader/manager to honour the date and not drag us on for longer.
@OP Yes, we already received the notice letter informing us that we will remain on payroll until an estimated date (it’s actually the quarter this year). The termination date may change based on business needs, but the severance package will be issued 8 weeks prior to the actual termination date.
