Everyone seems to be talking about major layoffs in January—around a 20% headcount cut before Q4 ends. Really hoping it’s not true. Any insights?

Total BS. There were no sizable or organized layoffs today. Numerous associates were terminated, but that happens everyday. Just some stupid low life trying to spread spiff.
I got my layoff notice today 1/29/26. It’s unfortunately true.
