You heard it here first. The next layoff for Management and Bargained employees is going to cut deep. Organizations and groups typically not impacted are going to see a significant (30%) reduction in force. This year will also be significant focus on 3rd and 4th levels.

Just 30%? Should be 100%
3rd and 4th quarter?! Darn it! I need it ASAP!
@e7 This one seems to be more than Francis had been.
This just in, the pope is catholic.
Bring it on!!
We was told we be safe
Heard it here first?
I’ve known about a layoff end of 1q start of 2q since end of 4q 25
You are the last to know
Hardly breaking news. Anyone on the payroll could have predicted it.
lol, isn’t that like every post ever on here?
I know I speak for many when I say “bring it”.
Same thing was said every quarter last year……
Nonsense on 30%. That would trigger warn notifications and T has avoided that religiously to keep the layoff out of the news. The do layoffs that stay below the radar
Anybody know the date? I want to volunteer as tribute.
Good. Please pay me to leave this he-l
@bb not to mention the zombies that are still here but don’t do anything as payback for RTO. D-mbest move they ever made.
@OP West Field Operations made the announcement yesterday. But this has been brewing for a year. I have warned the managers I support but they made no improvements… so here you are. And all the RTO comments. The reason for these layoffs is because of the technology. The company used the RTO policy to get people to leave without layoffs and again here we are
Unfounded speculation + nothing specific to AT&T. Color me skeptical, engagement-bot. That said, most are hoping for a layoff anyway, so bring it on.
This just in. The pope is catholic.
Level 3 and 4 are worthless positions. All they do is steal the work from the Level 2 managers and present it as their own. The company would run more smooth if they eliminated both!
We can only hope
DEG, DEG,…
At least the anti-RTO managers will finally get to stay home.
