I’ve heard that the CEO is locating to DC. Has that been confirmed or is it still speculation? Was hoping he would bust up the ivory tower in DC and get rid of the weird gap in reality between leadership in DC and HQ, but if true it sounds like it’ll be a continuation of leadership being checked out of reality like the company became when Bruce dipped to Florida.

Ya’ll do realize you can go to the DC right? Like yes they work from there but it’s a managers office space like any other office. Nothings stopping you from getting access lol. I’ve been. Not to mention… who cares?
@fe this may be the most unintelligent response I’ve ever read. The company is very proactive when it comes to working remote. Consolidating workspaces and reducing waste helps reduce overhead costs. Humana also does a significant amount to giving back to KY. May e you should resign now and save your mental health.
@e7 what do you mean who cares? If you’re a Louisville area based associate you should very much care. If the CEO isn’t in your area, you’re on borrowed time until there’s major cuts and downsizing in that location. They’ve been working down their property portfolio and waterside now has too many people in it. Look at Papa Johns and Yum. CEOs and leadership were elsewhere and they just moved operations out.
@ae originally he had said Louisville or DC.
And… who cares?!
Not surprised as most/all other top execs are there. Maybe we can save $ on travel expenses ;)
JR said when he came to town that he would be relocating to DC or NY at some point.
