By 'final paycheck', I mean the check that comes a few weeks after your termination date and includes reimbursement for accrued unused vacation time (or, in the case of over 65s, all unused vacation days til the end of the year). Were any medical or 401k deductions taken out of the vacation pay?

Received my last paycheck Friday, was RIFd in Feb. It included the remaining few days in the pay cycle and the PTO. I met the rule of 60 so I got paid for all 22 days. Insurance was taken out but only for the 4 days left in the pay cycle. It was not taken out of the PTO. Now I get to wait on my severance.
@e6 witholding = taxes. I think you meant no 401k witholding.
There was no withholding on the vacation pay. Just taxes.
There is a separate check IIRC for the PTO. be aware they treat like a bonus and whack you on taxes.
Following as well, just paid last WARN check and I do not see my unused PTO.
no answer but the fact you are asking is encouraging. +1 OP
