@238 Nike comes from Greek and it's pronunced "niki", so everyone is technically wrong
It’s still awesome how the EMEA colleagues pronounce Nike (rhymes with Mike). The rebranding could help the stock. Haha
@18g CF is a good org. SEC on the other hand...
The CIO org, DAI, and SCPT are the epitome of bloated bureaucracy, running on excess while the rest of us in CF have been slashed down to the barest minimum. DAI focused on fancy problems with no value when our stock is at $60. SCPT has no idea which direction to move and CIO org is clueless.
D&AI should be cut everywhere by 85%. Way too inflated. CP&I as well. Game afterwards. Stop having 3+ people do the job of 1 everywhere.

Nike has forgotten how to make anything works with outsourcing team, eventually the blame is going to fall on ITC if there is no quality or even quantity work done, so buckle up ITC, your world is on the way of shaking up.
Every tech colleagues in EHQ believes that the best engineers from India are already here in EHQ, whoever is there in India are the junk that nobody wants.
I wish ITC proves them wrong, but being on the table with WHQ, I believe communication and accountability is going to be the key, else ITC will be a pawn on MG's game saving few bucks for EH, and ITC will be wiped off in next 2-3 years if they don't deliver. We will see.
That's a shame, the only competent and passionate engineers I ever worked alongside were in EHQ. Should have canned ITC DA&I instead, but that would've upset MD's tech hegemony.

First try to learn the business & functional story of EMEA business, act, plan, implement, resolve and then say ITC replaced anything , cheap labor do not replace quality work, even AI can code better than most engineer, don't be an AI, when you replace the human element of EHQ than say whatever... Seriously, so laughable !!
