Thread regarding USAA layoffs

Darkness hates light

it's against company policy to post anything negative against USAA. All employees are subject to having their social media reviewed. Violators will be terminated!

I violated the company policy because I spoke with honesty and integrity to my boss. She didn't like what I had to say because she could not control the narrative. So she had me fired a few days after I filed my second HR complaint which never had a chance of being investigated.

Darkness hates the light. You can expect a lot of negative things to happen when you shine the light on the darkness. Please continue to shine the light by making things public. Eventually, the truth will come out. And if you're an attorney reading this, heed the warning.

100% watch your OPSEC (operational security). If you put it out there in the ether, it's fair game.

Many don't realize this but USAA can have your devices subpoenaed. If you use MDM its a given. If you have personal devices in the proximity of USAA devices they will TRY to roll those up as well. If you work from home your F'd. They will try and grab every device you own. Whether you think its legal or not, they will try to do it. Ask me how I know...

Yes, you can be fired for posting negative about USAA on your social media.

Never add your co-workers to your social media, that’s the easiest way to get snitched on.

Make your social media private, don’t have it as a public page, again the easiest way for others to look you up and snitch on you, I say that because I’ve seen it occur.

Lastly, if they ask to see your phone, the answer is always NO! They have no legal right to check your phone, now a company phone, that’s different. Pre-covid my manager, director and HR called me to the office, they were trying to see who had been in contact with a girl recently let go, they asked to see my phone, I laughed and said show me a subpoena or court order and I will or I can call my sister whose an attorney with Texas EEOC. They never asked to see my phone again.

You have no idea what disgusting is. You want to know what is really disgusting?

USAA exploiting the experiences of employees whi are military members for "Mission Moments"...USAA only cares about people thinking the company cares about military members.

USAA senior leadership wasting the money of military members on d-mb advertising that doesn't work, along with trips for the C,Suite to go to the Army-Navy game so they can pretend to know what it means to serve.

USAA Board installing one of it's own as the new CEO after the disaster they failed to manage known as the previous CEO.

Takers on what level of management? My guess, somewhere in the middle because they still have time to post on this site rather than continue to ruin the company.

You are a prime example of why USAA is failing & why USAA employees are passed over for job opening at other companies. Disgusting......

On this, when in office, NEVER use the company WiFi! That is easily traceable, that’s why I always turn off my WiFi while in office and just use my personal data plan, I don’t turn it back on until I’m home.

Is that you Tamala-Oates Fornicator? I LilWayneP fired you for unnatural acts with a vegan cucumber.

Maybe you are someone else. Like one of these Imdian nozzles who has no life and works 24/7/365. You know what it means to "serve", i.e. turn other people into indentured servants. USAA HQ should pull stakes and move to India since it has turned into an incompetent sweatshop anyway.

Toodles.

like I said, the darkness hates the light. Thanks for showing yourself. May you reap what you sew. The greatest waste of resources are people like you.

Melodramatic people are the biggest waste of company resources. Become a “consultant” so you can complain about your own toxic work environment at home.
